  1. When Is It Time to Buy a New Treadmill?

Although there may not be something substantially wrong with your draconian treadmill, it still may be time to buy a new treadmill. After extensive use and hundreds of thousands of miles, treadmill motor quality can disintegrate, electronics become stale, treadmill running belts become to thin to protect our joints from the impact of running, and other flaws such as mechanical failures occur regularly. Those who spend the time, money and energy to fix these costly breakdowns are missing the boat. They are jumping over dollars to same quarters. 3. Quick Tips For Buying Home Gym Equipment

One of the first thing we think about every morning when we wake up is how we look and how we could exercise more and eat better. The last thing any of us want to do is spend a lot of money on home fitness equipment. However, it is really difficult to find home fitness equipment that is going to last for a long time, for a real bargain. For example, there are over 100 different elliptical cross-trainers on the market today for less than $1000.00. With that said, out of those 100 or so pieces, the vast majority will be junk. Therefore, never value the price over the quality of the equipment. It doesn't matter if you get an elliptical, if you buy one that you do not use or like. When looking at home fitness equipment, try to focus on reputable name brand equipment such as Precor, Life Fitness, Star Trac, Cybex and stay away from low end fitness equipment seen on infomercials and local sporting good stores.
