Five Minute Meditation

Find the most peaceful environment near you and sit with your back straight in a chair. Place your feet under your knees. Relax your arms and put the palms of your hands on your thighs. Take a deep breath, feel your feet, then your calves and legs. Work your way up throughout the body while remaining calm for 5 full minutes. Set a timer so you don't look at the clock. Once you accomplish a week of meditating for 5 minutes a day, you should move up to 6 minutes for a week and then progress at your own pace. Continue this pattern of regularly meditating and your body and mind will feel much cleaner.
Meditation and medication. In practice, one letter separates these two words and yet they are polar opposites in reality.
